An educated guess from a former Eagles scout and current NFLN analyst Dan Jeremiah:

If the Eagles make a coaching change, I could see Chip Kelly (HC) running the offense and Mike Pettine running the defense.

Update: Jason La Canfora cites league sources and "multiple executives of rival teams" that say the Eagles will make a "heavy push" for Kelly. He suggests that the Eagles will "be among the first to try to interview" the Oregon coach.
